Transition to Teaching
Call for second career individuals and companies to join!
In 2005, IBM announced plans to initiate a new program called Transition to Teaching. To learn more about the program, please review the link below.

In partnership with MHTA and the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system, we are working together with IBM to expand this program in the state of Minnesota.
The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system has committed to streamline the process of exploring numerous program alternatives across its campuses, including online education and scheduling variations, by creating a "one-stop" shop for second career candidates in STEM to receive advice and counsel on steps needed.
We invite interested parties- potential teachers and companies interested in implementing this program to contact Peter Lindstrom, Vice President of Public Affairs for the Minnesota High Tech Association at (952) 230-4551 or plindstrom @mhta.org. If you have a passion to work full-time in a K-12 classroom delivering STEM, we hope to hear from you!
